Consider a compact 4 wheel drive in the 20 t0 30 hp range. Unless your woods are really dense you should be able to get around. Fabricate a lift for your 3 point so you can raise the butts of the logs a bit so they will not dig in. Should be able to handle 30 foot logs with 1 foot butts. If this is a one time job consider hiring it out.
