Well Kurt, I guess you have a pretty good idea of just what most people think of ATVs on their property. I don't think ATVs should be banned but they should only be sold to people who have enough land to ride them on and they should stay on their own ground. I do not understand someone who lives in town or in a trailer park and owns an ATV. Where are they goingto ride? State ground? Not in Pa. It's against the law. If they live in town it is not likely to be on their own property. So that leaves someone elses private land is where they plan on riding from the day they make the purchase. Someone else pays the taxes and maintians the ground at their expense and then some"Richard Cranium" comes along just because they finally have something big between their legs and starts to mess it up. You probably wonder why they post the ground too don't you? This has been a sore spot for me for a long time. Any one buying an off road vehicle while not having a place to ride it is dumb. There are some places that have been set up for ATV riders and that's where they should ride. Those places charge a fee and have set courses to ride and if you can't stick to those places melt the damn thing down for scrap.

A good friend and I were recently discussing our tractor electrical systems when he stated "I figure it all comes back to applying Ohms Law". At this point
