I had a friend get sued a few months ago he had a rotary hoe sitting out behind a TW15Ford becuase some ATVers took a rifle and decoed the radiator. They were cutting donuts later that night without headlights and ran into the corner of it. He counter sued and won. He had a neighbor that was with the EPA and he showed him what they were doing to his erosion control berms by the creek. Well after EPA got done and put the vaseline up the kids had to sell the 4 wheelers. I know about 12 respctful ATVers and alot more that arent. What gets me is the pck of kids that have them here unsupervised. Wehn I was 12 I had a dune buggy and an old AC B to ide by myself but it stayed in the woods and field not goin down the wrong side of the road over a hill. About six months ago I cleaned up a truckload of steel that was goin down the road and some kids decided to beat the truck. TO avoid them he ditched it and spent 2months in the hospital revering from injuries. THe 2 kids were 12 and 13.
