Its probably the mower control lever . Really , I never heard of that lever with the cast ID talked about before . The proper answer will be of interest to me too .Good luck .Usually there's a place on your write up that you can check to be notified if you get a reply . But yes I like to check back once in awhile myself .

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
