The hydraulic pump (not the hitch pump) has lost it's prime. Used to have trouble with my 806 when it was extremely cold. We would remove a plug on the back side MCV plate on the left side of the tractor. Then start the tractor for just a second or two and then shut off. Some oil will spray out but the pump will be reprimed. There is a spring behind the plug so it can sometimes be a little work to get it back in. This problem only occurred a few times when it wa near 15 below 0. You may have a bad O-ring somewhere if this happens very often. By the way there are two plug on the back of the plate. It such be the larger(top)one.
