Looks like a TD 14-142 to me, I have a TD18-182 and it looks almost identical to this one. I believe the TD 14-142 and TD18-182 were only built for a few years before being discontinued, I haven't seen many of either model, but they are pretty much the same mechanically as the older series but are styled differently and the blade mounts and lift cylinder mounts are different. The later series also used a hydraulic steering booster instead of the spring assist. Looking from the front, it can be difficult to distinguish this series from the TD 15, 20, and some of the later Dresser models at first glance. Hope this helps!
