You are too late Ol Chief. As of Sept. 1, we have it in Texas !!! moving violation 2 "" "" w/accident 3 6 points in 36 mo. you get a $100. surcharge for the first 6, and $25 for ea. add. point. DWI $1000 for first time, $1500 for second in 36 mo. invalid lic./no insurance $250. driving w/o lic. $100 yr. if "any" part of the lic. plate is covered and can not be read---$250. Even the word "TEXAS". no matter what you are driving, if you get a ticket, and you have a CDL, you can not get "deferred adjudication" OR "defensive driving". And a whole bunch of others. Watch out !!!!!!!! Here they come after more!!!! But, this happens because we let it happen. Have any of you noticed how quick they got off their a##es, and did something about the "NO CALL LIST" for tell-mkts. ???????? If WE cared, we could get them to jump that way all the time. UG!
