Martin, I agree with what other guys have said: the WD is a decent price, the M is maybe a few hundred high. Then again, a fairly new set of tires on the M versus tires on their last legs on the WD can close that gap real fast; as you'd be in for >600 bucks for a set of tires. I suppose you've already gotten the data on both machines and know that the M hp rating is comparable to a WD45, and a WD is more comparable to a H. You should be able to mow with both, the WD will take a bit longer, but burn less gas. Good luck with whatever route you take.
