My family started farming when I was 11. The first tractors I drove were a Case Model C, Farmall F-20, and a Farmall H. Hauling wagons during harvest, plowing, disking. The little C was probably the one that I drove and hated the most. I was not strong enough to hand crank it and with no turn brakes it was a real bear to handle in a plowed field!! I have examples of each tractor sittin in my shop now (got them all within the past year). I have not been involved in farming for over 40 years. Of all three I guess I like the little C the best! It’s a neat little tractor and of course now I can start it!! -) This is a picture of my C and one of my F-20's. Dave Olson – East-Central Illinois
