The unstyled JD B ,35-38, will compete direstly with the F12 at depending on using rated or maximum HP @ 12-14; The earlier styled JD B, 39-46, will compete directly with the F14 & C at 16-18 Hp; to have steel wheels it would hahe to be one of the above, The Next series of JD B 47-52, Will combete in power directly with The Farmall H at 27-28 HP with the F20 and regular in the same ballpark. The JD B with steel wheels or the F12-F14 neither have enough power for that, the JD has the 1 1/8" PTO shaft and the F series have a non standard PTO, If you want something to bushhog with on steel wheels look for a war time Farmall H
