I am looking at a In. 300 utility with T.A. it has a int. frount end loader and a backhoe with no markings. When I tryed the hydraulics they were very slow. Could clogged filter or old fluid caus this. The pump runs off the frount of the engine. What should the engine compression be and there is a leake in the rsdiator so I can not do a pressure test on that. Is ther anything I shuld look at. He is asking 3000. O.B.O Thanks
