I HAVE A 2001,,3500,4X4,6SP. LOVE IT W/CUMMINS. GO BACK TO WHERE YOU GOT THE TRUCK AND GET THE PREV. OWNER INFO (EASY TO DO)AND FIND THE TUNER TYPE ,IF ANY IS USED.I ALSO HAVEAIR SYSTEM AND TUNER SYSTEM ON MINE.ALSO IF THIS TRUCK IS TWEEKED UP I RECOMMEND INSTALLING A PYROMETER TO CHECK AND MONITER EXHAUST TEMPS. IF YOU PULL MUCH. ALSO FINALLY TO POSSIBLY SAVE YOU SOME MONEY FARTHER DOWN THE ROAD, PUT A LIFT PUMP LOW PRESSURE WARNING LIGHT ON IT. IT SAVED MY WHOLE INJ. SYSTEMWHEN MY LIFT PUMP FAILED. EASY TO INSTALL(45MIN.)AND INEXPENSIVE. I PURCHASED MINE IN KNOXVILLE TN. AT CITY DIESEL AND CAME WITH INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS. THIS IS SOMETHING DODGE DOESNT TELL YOU ABOUT OR PUT ON BECAUSE IT WOULD CUT THEIR PROFFITS IN SERVICE IF PUMP FAILS.
