By "deck-over" I mean the deck above the wheels, and no fenders to contend with. I have drove a friends rig, with the deck on top of the hitch. NO WAY! I'm leaning towards 2 axle, with dual wheels. (More stability under load)
For what I need this trailer for, I want 24 foot, + the dovetail. If I can get a "safe" 16,000 GVW, I'll be more than covered.
