I know this is off topic but there's a regular-season National Hockey League game here in Edmonton tomorrow night and it's being played outside in Commonwealth Stadium. It's the first outside NHL game ever played outside. Montreal Canadiens (that's the spelling) are playing the Edmonton Oilers. Before that game, a game between Montreal and Edmonton oldtimers will be held. Wayne Gretzky, Guy LaFleur, etc. will be playing in that game. They expect 60000 people in the stadium and they'd better dress warm, the temperature at game time is expected to be about minus 16 degrees Celsius (that's about zero Farenheit). There was a US college game between two Michigan teams a few years back in an even bigger stadium, I think 75000 made it to that one (but it was somewhat warmer). Those of you in warmer climes might give us a thought up here tomorrow when you're out cutting the grass. I'll be watching it at home here where it's a bit warmer.
