I have one and use it to finish grade yards before using landscape rake. It will put a dozer to shame . I think the one I have was made by Gledhill , but there is no ID on it . I have some sales literature from 1953 and it looks like the ads. I know it was bought in 48 with an 8N , I ran that thing several years then stepped up to a case 300 , what an improvement. Also use it with a 730 diesel case , that has power to fill the pan.
