Can we assume that you have checked the engine to be sure it is free, i.e. to say that it is not locked up? I would check the fuel tank to see if it is rusty. If not, just refill, otherwise remove and clean. A clean sediment bowl and screen would be a must. Add coolant and let set a day or so to see if any leaks away from hidden cracks, etc. If so and you can't see where it has gone to, you might check the oil to make sure it hasn't gotten into the pan. You might check the exhaust system to make sure nothing has plugged it up such as mice, birds, etc. Expect that you have a clean intake filter system. Old has given good advice that I would also follow.
