Troubleshooting Question: hello, I have a 72'cheetah with a ArcticCat 440 made by Kawasaki, not to sure about the model number as the fan cawling I think has been changed at one time.. that model number is T1B400S1A and says it has 398cc's, but yet the jugs on the motor say it has 440cc's, go figer.. I guess the real motor model number will be a mistory in less someone alse can give me more ideas on how to find out.. Anyway anuff of that.. and on to the Question if anyone can answer it.. What would couse the motor to sound and be boggy, then all of a sudden give you two berst of about 50 feet each, of fish tailing sorda speak (lots of power like way the motors sposed to run) then go back to being boggy and some what gutless again.. ohh and a gas guzler too.. It is still getting spark on both sides.. the carb I have on it is a 32 mikuni with a 260 main jet and 35 pilet jet.. I've checked the spark plugs and there black so I no I have to bring down the main jet size to lean it out.. The motor has a points system and Would the points not being set properly couse this??? If anyone can answer this for me a.s.a.p. it would be great.. my e-mail addy is: Northern_Ice_73@hotmail.com
