Have a 630 the throttle wouldn't stay put, and would always come back to idle. I don't know how similar it is to a 60, but there is a speed plate kit with new facings in it I bought from the dealer. Fixed it right up. I'm pretty sure the kit had instructions on how to replace it. Once that screw under the hood came out, it was a piece of cake. Hope this helps. Good Luck.
