If it's got 4 wheels, license it as a car. If it's got 3 wheels, license it as a motorcycle. If it's tracked, tell them it's an antique military vehicle. I should think the original intent of the law was not to keep hobbyists from enjoying old machinery. Unfortunately, there are some idiots everywhere that take every word literally. (Unless it applies to them!)
