1950T repower 5.9 cummings

I bought 1990 5.9 cummings dodge engine to repower
my 1950T FWD but i have I one small problem I do not know how and where to hook up for the RPM
anybody know how and how much it will cost to
buy what I need for the job. I am very happy
with my tractor but it was a big projet
