cleaning gas tank

I have a couple gas tanks that have rust and other deposits in them. The tractor tank I can think of several ways to clean. The other tank which needs cleaning is the tank on my moped. On that the tank is part of the frame. Therefore it cannot be removed or rotated. Anyone know of a chemical that would work. I think I will agitate it by connecting the drain of the tank to my air compressor thru a regulator so It will bubble inside the tank. Any ideas for a chemical?
