I have a problem with my Farmall A tractor keeps eating regulators. I think I have come to a conclusion right now my lights are wired directly to the hot side of the amp gauge that goes to toggle switches for my lights and if all my lights were wired to the lights post on the regulator this problem should be solved. My amp gauge shows 10amps of discharge while running with headlights on and when voltage regulator is working I show 8amps of discharge. If Iam corect I should show no discharge on my amp gauge unless Iam cranking the engine over. so therefore my lights are burning my points up in my regulator. Am I correct on this? PLEASE LET ME KNOW. Thanks Brian
