I bought a truck in New York from a fellow with the agreement that when I came to pick it up and wasn't what I expected, he would refund my deposit and I wouldn't have to purchase. I live in Canada and made a weekend trip out of it. The driveshaft did fall out on the way home though. Bought a tractor off of ebay and drove for 3.5 hrs to look at it before bidding. I paid a lot more for the tractor.
