I worked for a Case IH and Case construction dealer fresh out of college thought that is what I wanted to do soon found out different alot of what you are talking about is upper management problems the dealer we had was that way the service manager was rude and always looking to stick it to somebody the salesmen were great guys and for the most part the parts guys were great but we had one old guy there that would sit at the desk and look on the computer and if there was ten people at the counter he would not even answer the phone had some people that I knew pretty well ask me about it and I pointed them to the GMs office they complained to no avail I have not worked there in 2 years and went in there the other day toi get some stuff and the old man was sitting in the same spot he always did. They were busy so I looked up my own parts wrote the numbers down and told them to bill me. Clint
