Grey market tractors are tractors manf. overseas for overseas markets & not meant to be sent to US but get over here by unauthorized (by the manufacturer) distribution. Legal but not meant by the Original Equipment Manufacturer {OEM} to be sent here. Regular tractors may be manf. here or overseas, but are built to U.S. specifications.
