I don't have a Bobcat loader, but do have a "Dig-It" btand loader/backhoe combination unit with a hydrostatic drive, and when it creeps like that, what I have to do is to adjust the pedal linkage till it returns to neutral position, in my case It was the one from the pedal to the roller cam. This not only very dangerous, it robs you of a small amount of efficency, as it is using extra fuel, and generating heat which helps to shorten the life of the hydrostatic transmission, annd they are somewhat expensive to repair, and I'll bet it would be mean to work on a transmission in such a compact machine, probably meaner than a forklift.
