Those are contary to get started after changing the filters even after priming the filters. That CAV injection pump has two bleed screws, open them and use your hand operated supply pump at the fuel bowl. Move the lever up and down untill you get a solid stream of fuel coming out. If it still won't start, pull it and use a high gear so the wheels won't slide when you let out the clutch. If it still don't start take the fuel lines off at the inj. spray nossels. (Take care here as high pressure fuel can penitrate your skin) I have started them with all the lines off and holding one to the inj. spray nossel while turning the engine. It will start and run on one cylinder, then bleed the others. That was the only way to go with one has multipower.
