Ebay and paypal protection policies are a joke, I jumped through their hoops for 2 months with no results. They finally told me they determined the seller was at fault but they could not retreive my money. Since I paid with paypal off my credit card I called my card company. I had my money credited in full amount within 1 week on my card. The day after my credit I got a nasty letter from paypal saying i should have contacted them first about my problem...idiots.
