Some years ago I bought a wrench or channel locks or some tool from Sears. Whatever,I bought the cheap one. Said Sears on it,not Craftsman. Anyway,broke it and took it to Sears for replacement. No replacement on a Sears product,only on Craftsman. Had a friend working there and he took over. Came up with a customer satisfaction line and replaced my wrench for me.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
