One thing you may want to consider is trying to sell things off slowly rather than all at once. It depends upon what your Grandma wants to do with the money. If she needs it to survive, sell something each month. If she doesn't need the money, she could sell off the machinery and give the cash to the children or grand-children. If she has a sale, she is going to have the expense of the sale. If she knows someone that has a good digital camera, use the web and advertise the machinery but make sure the money is good. Cash in green US dollars works great!
