I don't really see what the big issue is... When I purchase items on a "card present" credit card transaction 99% of the time the clerk never even checks it. I even write "check ID" in the signature spot. Silly me to think that clerks would actually ask for it. Some look at the signature spot and simply hand it back. So the "card present" transactions are still not very secure. As far as the "card not present" transactions on paypal go, I have never had a problem with them. I have had issues with several other companies double charging. This is an inherent risk for doing business on the internet. Now onto the siezure of accounts... I have known many people who sell on ebay and use paypal and have never heard of this occurring. Are there any statistics on how often this occurs ?? My guess would be very rarely and most of which are engaged in illegal activities. If anyone can provide actual numbers I would like to see them People know there are risks to e-commerce however these are risks people are willing to take, because of the convenience. Over a year ago I decided to quit using credit cards on the internet and pay with postal money orders. Simply because the US Postal Service takes fraud more seriously than credit card companies... Just my .02

Now my grandfather had had this mule since the mid 40's and he was getting some age on him. S
