Ford / COunty tractors used combination steerting I thing the tires on the front turned a little then thye skidded. if it has a backhoe and the shuttle shift Id put money on it as being a Ballmar Tractor. It was a ford conversion as well and it was converted over here. Ll the parts are off shelf Items. Ive seen quite a few and a friend of mine had a 2000 Ford/Ballmar that had a loader he used a few years as a skidder. Ive seen them as trenchers having dozer blades, and full backhoes, a few as forklifts. a couple with Hyster cranes. I saw one last year a 4000 with pan on the back and blade on the front. I saw 3 on a pipeline job onetime that had side booms and angle blades on them for laying pipe and backfilling. They were mainly a prime mover unit for different things.
