David, If you believe you have the pump reinstalled correctly then you may have air in the system. Bleed the system again to assure all air is removed. This kind of stuff always gives me fits cause I never know if I did the right thing on the pump and then even if I did and didn't get the air out I am still in trouble. I have had my tractor 27 years and never had a minutes trouble. Maybe because I am very careful with fuel issues or because I know when I am over my head and I search out some help. If you didn't change filters I believe I would and then go through the priming process again. Good luck.
