MF 35 Possible Purchase

Hi all,

I ahve the opportunity to buy what I believe to be an MF35. It is in running condition, though the brakes are poor and it has a leek that from what I can tell from research on this site is from the "weep" hold and is transmission/hydraulic fluid (?). It has a post hole digger, back blade, and a middle buster. Tires look good. I can buy it for $2,000 with no problem and could probably haggle a bit lower. From reading this site, the brakes and transmission/PTO fixes are not simple or cheap.

i would greatly appreciate any advice you might be able to offer.
