MapleStone, My 97 F150 supercab 4x4 long bed. It has 220,000 miles on her. The 4.6 V8 had a set of coil packs go out at 65,000, then the rearend totally shelled out at 215,000. This ol girl gets 15 to 17 as consistanly as the day is long. Absolutly the best truck I've owned to this point in my life. My aftermarket warenty was worthless when the coilpacks went out, That bill went about $750. The rearend was out of pocket too, $1000. These have been the only major repairs on this pickup. Forget the aftermarket warrenty. Later, John A.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
