The 8011L is part of the new generation tractors with the sloping style hood. It should have the newer style hydraulics that don't leak and the 14 speed snchro transmission. The "L" designation means it is a low profile model. the 8011 series is only two wheel drive and has no cab. Both of these are big minuses in my book, but I guess it all depends on what you are looking for. The 4WD and cab cost very little more in a Belarus. $10,000 seems a little high without these features, however 375 hours is almost brand new. I would call a Belarus dealer first and see what a new one goes for.
