I enjoyed your idea of a parent spending $15/day on the teacher's salary.
Let's see, this would be $2,700 per parent for 180 days of baby sitting.
Currently, I pay about $4000 per year in property taxes. The school district gets 62% of this $4000 which is $2,480 irregardless of the number of kids I have.
I have two kids so my "babysitting" bill would be $2,700 X 2 = $5,400.
Wait a minute, there is something wrong here!!!
There sure is, duuh????!!
Add to this figure the amount of money needed to bus the kids
