This board is ABOUT tractors. It's nothing without the PEOPLE on it. We all have an interest in tractors. We all have lives beyond tractors. (or at the very least, we SHOULD have a life beyond tractors) There is nothing wrong with the occasional discussion of a topic OTHER THAN old tractors. If you don't have any interest in a thread, scroll on by. No one forces anyone to become involved in ANY thread. I log on to this site to disscuss tractors/impliments. I also find the day to day lives of other enthusiast's to be interesting, as well as educational. If you don't agree, you just might be in the minority. If you are bothered by the content of the "average post", go start your own message board, and restrict the content to "tractors only". Then see how few post's you get. JMHO. John

Third Brush Generators - by Chris Pratt. While I love straightening sheet metal, cleaning, and painting old tractors, I use every excuse to avoid working on the on the electrics. I find the whole process sheer mystery. I have picked up and attempted to read every auto and farm electrics book with no improvement in the situation.
