George just a few questions. When you start your tractor and go to high idle & drop it back to low idle is then when it dies and is hard to start. If so it is your fuel injection pump. Remove it and have it rebuild or you can get a Re-man from your Case/IH dealer. If you let it run for two hours and you have some oil comming out of the blow by tube I would not get to worried.
