oil coming out of gear case weep hole..

I added the type of gear oil recommended - but the oil continously bubbles up out of my tractors gear case weep hole. Causing alot of oil stains here and there.

There are two holes in the gear casings, a side hole and a top hole(the top holes have small holes in them), I used the side hole to fill the gear case with the oil and now when I drive the tractor the oil bubbles up out of these small holes. What level should the oil be at??

I do not have a manual for this 1961 economy - jim dandy - runs like a top..

What should I do next time??
