57 600 Series Ford

Hello I have a problem with my Ford Tractor . She is a 57 600 series, coming out of the wood the other day, and the pin that goes through the front end, came forward letting the engine head for the ground,she fetched up on the water pump ruining that also the fan. Got a new pump, but my fan is 12 3/4 , the one the dealer wants to sell is 15in or so. I know for sure it won't fit , with my smaller fan, it just clears my lower rad hose. Whats the dilly there?
