First, turn that radio down,;-) You should have 2 control levers, one for Position, one for Draft. Draft is used when plowing, disking, some planters, subsoiling,etc where you want to keep some down pressure on the implements to maintain depth. It's either all the way up or all the way down with draft(generally), the place you leave the lever determines what the depth will be. Position is variable, stop it where you want it. Best to buy an operator's manual and see what MF wants you to know.
