Early Gas Tractor Identification

Hi Tractor Folk!

I'm trying to identify a particular tractor I spotted. I could not get close enough to read the data plate because it's located behind a fence. The machine is very old, unrestored, and quite interesting. I would like to learn more about it.

I've actually found an illustration of the identical tractor on the Home Page of E.D.G.E.& T.A. It's the only tractor picture on the page. You can see it at www.edgeta.org.
