Russel, The front hanger for the rear spring (the spring that was replaced) is down whereas on the other side of the trailer, that hanger is up. I tried to press the hanger down with a crow bar. I noticed that there is no binding, ie, the bolts are not overtighted. Maybe as someone suggested, I need to replace the other spring on the same side with a new spring to balance the spring tension.
