Older Oliver tractors like the 77, 88, etc. had a totally self-contained clutch unit bolted to the rear of the tractor- for the pto. That's why when you find those tractors in a salvage yard, they are usually missing that part. You might also be able to use the hand clutch assembly from a WD Allis. Bit more work to work up a powerline, but the run-in-oil clutch would do what you want.
