Back in 1983 we PICed some wheat so we made hay of it. Most of it was big baled but we square baled some for barn feed. It sure went in nice but the next morning we could smell it starting to heat. So we torn it down and stacked it on it's sides with air spaces in between like only half as tight as normal. Dried out nice and made good hay.
