Long ago, i took a V8 motor out of a Chevy car that easily got 20 mpg. I put that engine in a Chevy pickup, and soon found out that it's the "pickup" part of the equation that eats the gas!!! Pickup's are heavy, higher off the ground, and push a lot of air, so poor gas milage!! Robert
