Advice on selecting a tractor

I've recently purchase 68 acres in Iowa. While I'll be cash renting and won't need a tractor for planting and the like, I do need to use a tractor for 1.) Mowing ditches, around the barn and paths in timber and 2.) maintaining/grading the low maintained road utilized to reach the property.

So, I'd prefer a tractor that had a blade and mower, either rear blade with a belly mower or one that can easily switch between a rear mower and a blade. The ditches are not very steep so a sickle, while it would be, isn't necessary. I'd also consider a front scoop for grading if that would work.

Obviously, I'd prefer to keep the cost down. So along with your recommendations, would you please provide a price I should expect to pay?
