Buying out of state,,help

Hey everyone I need a tractor,,40-50 hp with a loader..Im trying not to run down to the dealer and get me a 3-4 inch thick payment book,,which is usually my style,,,I need something for stone maintenence,,horse manure removal,,bushhogging,,posthole digging,etc,,no plans on any crops or haying or anything like that,,,my problem is Im scared to death of buying something 1000 miles away that I cant see whats the best way to go about this any suggestions would be appreciated,,right now Im looking at a ford with a loader and a bachhoe on it for $6500,,seems like a lot of tractor for the price am I going to regret this,,also whats the best procedure for transporting these items. Thank You
