A GOOD QUALITY 15w-40,or straight 30W,like Rotella or Delvac will give you good results. Possibly change the oil and filter,run it for 5-10 hours and change it and the filter again to get rid of any contamination/moisture that was in the engine from sitting.You also may want to drain off any moisture that has accumulated in the tran/rear by cracking the drain plugs, and change it after 5-10 hours also.
